Rob Howells

I have over 11 years experience working with front end technologies, writing clean, modular, reusable code across several award-winning organisations. As front end lead on several large rebuild projects I have demonstrated I can effectively scope, estimate and architect scalable solutions, whilst consistently delivering high quality work on time.

Having worked in UX, design and QA prior to becoming a developer, I have experience working across the project life cycle. This gives me an excellent understanding of how to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the business, as well as ensuring that customer experience is at the core of what I do.

As comfortable delivering enhanced retainer projects as I am leading the front end of greenfield rebuilds, I have delivered projects for national and international brands. I am also experienced in supporting more junior members of the team, interviewing prospective candidates, contributing to proposals for new work, scoping technical solutions and providing estimates.

I am a strong and confident communicator, comfortable leading calls with both clients and peers, and have strong sense of commercial awareness. I am highly self-motivated, self-sufficient and driven to deliver quality within a timely manner.
